CONSTRUCTION FINAL CLEAN
Final construction clean to remove all dust, debris, trash and materials prior to project turnover or closing. We specialize in large multi-family, mixed-use, commercial and sub-divisions. We also do Tenant Improvements/build outs, residential new construction and additions.
PROGRESS / SITE CLEAN
Inspectors, municipality officials, OSHA representatives and owners expect to see a well-maintained job site. Keeping it broom swept and clear of debris is a top priority in maintaining a presentable and safe work environment. ProCat can clean sites when subcontractors fail to or work with Project Management to design cleaning programs for large projects.
GREEN CLEAN
Green Cleaning provides a sustainable option for LEED certified projects and environmentally conscious developers/home owners. This process involves using only materials and cleaning products meeting strict standards as outlined in LEED O+M: Existing Buildings | v4 – LEED v4. These all natural and sustainable products reduce the environmental impact of cleaning operations.
TRASH REMOVAL
Clean-outs and trash removal from estate properties, foreclosures, garages, barns and basements, bulk trash, landlord unit clean outs etc. Properly disposing of garbage is an important part of any project, we make sure all trash is properly disposed of so you don't have to.
